This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations and team coordination
• Take ownership of client projects with end-to-end execution
• Support hiring processes (scheduling, communication, follow-ups)
• Help manage logistics and tasks related to the co-working space
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth internal operations
• Communicate clearly and promptly with stakeholders
• App testing and client support

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and WhatsApp for Business
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Prior experience in startups, operations, admin, or sales support is a bonus
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate
