The Operations Intern - (Sales) will support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including researching potential clients, maintaining client relationships, handling customer service inquiries, and assisting in sales management. The Operations Intern - (Sales) will also participate in sales training sessions and gain hands-on experience in sales processes and techniques. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management Willingness to participate in Training and development activities Ability to work independently and remotely Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for marketing Previous experience or coursework in sales or marketing is a plus Performance and Evaluation Your performance will be monitored based on: Number of leads handled and follow-ups Conversion rate Communication skills and professionalism Stipend and Rewards Sales Incentives: Attractive performance-based rewards will be provided for each successful sale or qualified lead conversion.
