Operations Intern – Apparel Production & Vendor Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Quality Control

• Physically check finished goods for size, stitching, logo placement, and tags
• Conduct final QC before dispatch to match PO/spec sheet
• Maintain digital trackers for customer orders and delivery timelines
• Organize folders with POs, invoices, and design files

Vendor & Karigar Management

• Act as point-of-contact for printers, tailors, and karigars
• Visit vendors to push deadlines and resolve production issues
• Handle karigar payments and maintain payout logs
• Evaluate new vendors and collect feedback on technical challenges
• Help enforce quality standards across production

Logistics & Order Dispatch

• Oversee packing and dispatch of orders
• Coordinate with delivery partners (Delhivery, DTDC, etc.)
• Drive locally to pick up and drop off materials/orders (must have 2-wheeler license)

Media & Sample Coordination (Optional but Preferred)

• Assist in preparing and sending samples to potential clients
• Capture photos/videos of production and packing for internal use or social media
• Help with Reels or short stories showing behind-the-scenes process

What We’re Looking For:

• Based in Meerut (or willing to relocate)
• Has a 2-wheeler valid driving license
• Responsible and reliable with attention to detail
• Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets/Drive
• Interest in apparel or production is a plus
• Bonus: Photography/social media interest
