Operations & HR Manager

Operations Responsibilities

• Execute deal Process from Front to back office within the recruitment business.
• Reporting KPIs for the recruitment function
• Management of suppliers and job boards, spend across UK, East Europe and Asia.
• Management of technology solutions used for recruitment.
• Monitoring and allocation of tasks to the team (Recruitment and business development)
• Compliance for GDPR process for candidates and building connect with candidates.
• Induction of new staff, training of staff members , ensuring they have all the required database access , Satisfactory Knowledge Transfer ( KT) is done in case of employee separation or role changes

HR Responsibilities

• Managing Employee engagement and HR issues of the staff
• Induction for new employees, Training & Development
• Employees Career Progression, Competency based Assessments
• Performance Management
• Employee Motivation & Grievance Management
• Rewards & Recognition, Celebrations
• Building a high performance culture
• Organization Structure Models
• Manpower Planning & Optimization
• HR Admin & MIS Reporting

Educational Qualifications and Skills

• Essential- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree level or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experience in HR & Operations role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work on google sheets , google documents and handle large amounts of data
• Highly organised – able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
• Fastidious attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
