Job Description

Handle inbound customer calls related to service issues, onboarding, billing, and
general support• Coordinate customer registration, onboarding, and KYC documentation• Verify customer documents and update KYC status in the system• Coordinate with technical and provisioning teams for service activation• Log customer interactions, tickets, and operational updates accurately in CRM• Track open tickets and follow up until closure within SLA timelines• Perform outbound calls for:o Onboarding assistanceo KYC follow-upso Service feedbacko Renewal reminders• Escalate unresolved issues to Operations Manager or Technical Team as perescalation matrix• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, data security, and internal SOPs
