Handle inbound customer calls related to service issues, onboarding, billing, and general support • Coordinate customer registration, onboarding, and KYC documentation • Verify customer documents and update KYC status in the system • Coordinate with technical and provisioning teams for service activation • Log customer interactions, tickets, and operational updates accurately in CRM • Track open tickets and follow up until closure within SLA timelines • Perform outbound calls for: o Onboarding assistance o KYC follow-ups o Service feedback o Renewal reminders • Escalate unresolved issues to Operations Manager or Technical Team as per escalation matrix • Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, data security, and internal SOPs
