Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as the
operations coordinator
on the SaaS platform for manufacturers, waste handlers, and end processors.
Ensure
accurate onboarding and activation
of manufacturers and waste handlers on the platform.
Convey operational instructions, pickup schedules, and processing requirements.
Follow up digitally and manually
with waste handlers and processors to ensure timely execution.
Ensure all
status updates, documents, and confirmations
are correctly uploaded in the SaaS platform.
Coordinate with internal tech/support teams to resolve
platform-related issues
faced by users.
Prepare
operation and performance reports
using platform data.
Ensure operational activities comply with environmental and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

13 years of hands-on experience in garment or textile manufacturing operations with strong practical knowledge of production processes and textile waste types
Experience in the garment industry with good practical knowledge
of garment manufacturing processes.
Experience in sustainability, recycling, logistics, or compliance-driven platforms is an added advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel for factory and site visits.
Good understanding of
process-driven operations
.
Basic knowledge of waste management or textile industry (preferred).
