About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests, vendors, and internal teams. This role involves managing reservations, coordinating with property partners, tracking operational metrics, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations and bookings across platforms such as Season, Djubo, and others.
• Oversee check-in/check-out operations, verify daily lists, and share with relevant departments.
• Handle last-minute changes and ensure timely guest coordination.
• Coordinate with property owners regarding payments, settlements, and guest verifications.
• Upload payment proofs, monitor pending check-outs, and ensure payment reconciliation.
• Maintain up-to-date operational sheets (e.g., pending check-ins, balance payments, etc.).
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Ensure all operations comply with internal processes; escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with the Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Supply, and Accounts teams.
• Train and support new team members on tools, platforms, and operational workflows.

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with hospitality platforms and operations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking and operational problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
