Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist students in preparing and submitting applications to German universities.
Review and verify the authenticity of academic documents and ensure compliance with university requirements.
Provide detailed information on admission processes, deadlines, and required documentation.
Coordinate with students to collect, review, and finalize all necessary documents via emails as well.
Maintain accurate records of student applications and correspondence.
Work closely with the counseling and visa teams to ensure seamless processing of student applications.
Stay updated on changes in admission policies and requirements for German universities.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of university admission procedures, especially for Germany.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or database management tools.

Working Days- 6
