Operations Executive

As an Operations & Coordination Specialist at V2GoXpress, a B2B express logistics venture based in Mumbai, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily logistics operations. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of logistics operations including first mile, last mile, PTL, and FTL. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing daily logistics operations such as first mile, last mile, PTL, and FTL. - Coordinating with transport vendors, drivers, and warehouses to ensure timely pickups & deliveries. - Resolving operational queries, delays, and client escalations promptly. - Ensuring accurate documentation including PODs, invoices, and shipment details. In addition to operations and coordination, you will also be involved in Client & Vendor Management. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, track SLAs, and maintain vendor database, compliance documents, and performance reports. Furthermore, as part of Admin & Accounting Support, you will assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking. Knowledge of basic accounting entries (Excel/Tally) is preferred.
