Job Description

• Identify, onboard, and manage new supply partners (local guides, tour operators, experience hosts).
• Optimize pricing, negotiate smart deals, and improve margins to drive profitability.
• Build strong relationships with local suppliers and ensure the best experiences for our travellers.
• Work closely with the operations and fulfilling teams to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Keep an eye on trends and competitor activity to ensure Leamigo stays ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships count!).
• Street smart attitude—able to think on your feet and make things happen.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and people skills.
• Business acumen and a knack for finding win-win deals.
• Bachelor’s degree (any stream)—we care more about skills and drive than just your major.
• Passion for travel is a big plus!
