Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Executive - Travel based in Gurugram with some work from home acceptable. The Operations Executive will manage travel arrangements, coordinate travel logistics, oversee customer service, and ensure the seamless execution of travel plans. The role involves communication with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth travel experiences, along with managing business travel logistics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service
• Itinerary preparation
• Prepare costing sheets and manage P&L
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
