Feelivacation Travel & Wellness is a premium travel consultancy handling international travel, visas, group tours, and destination weddings.We are hiring an Operations / Booking & Documentation Executive responsible for executing confirmed bookings with zero errors and full transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

Process confirmed bookings for flights, hotels, visas, and travel services
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, visa partners, and internal teams
Prepare and verify travel documents, vouchers, invoices, and confirmations
Ensure accuracy in passenger details, travel dates, and inclusions
Track booking timelines and communicate updates clearly to sales and clients
Maintain structured records (email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, folders)
Support destination wedding logistics including guest lists and rooming plans
Handle post-booking coordination until travel is completed

Important Expectations:

Zero tolerance for errors in names, passport details, or dates
Clear written communication (email & WhatsApp)
Ability to work calmly under timelines and responsibility

This role is NOT:

A sales role
A call-center role
A casual admin job
