Job Description

Roles & responsibilities Coordinate Daily Operations Oversee day-to-day logistics functions including dispatch, pickup, and delivery. Ensure smooth execution of first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile activities. Shipment Monitoring & Tracking Monitor vehicle movements using GPS and provide real-time tracking updates. Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of shipments. Delivery Scheduling & Route Planning Plan delivery routes and schedules based on location and priority. Coordinate with drivers and field staff to ensure timely execution. Warehouse & Inventory Support Assist in warehouse operations like sorting, scanning, and staging. Help maintain stock records and inventory movement logs. Documentation & Reporting Prepare LR, E-way bills, PODs, and maintain proper documentation. Generate daily/weekly MIS reports for management. Coordination with Internal Teams & Clients Act as a communication link between warehouse, transport, and customer teams. Resolve operational issues, delays, or escalations effectively. Compliance & Safety Ensure all shipments comply with company policies and legal standards. Follow SOPs for handling shipments securely and efficiently. Use of Technology Operate logistics software, mobile apps, and digital platforms for tracking and reporting. Provide updates through WhatsApp, calls, or emails to concerned stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduate (Any Discipline) or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Above 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics or courier operations, warehousing, or transportation coordination. Freshers with internship experience and strong field interest may also apply. Industry Background (Preferred): Logistics | Transportation | Courier | Cargo | E-commerce | Supply Chain | 3PL Language Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly in Telugu , Hindi , and English (verbal & written).
