Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive, your role will involve managing daily business activities such as tours packages, overseas mentor engagement, and client support through telecalling. Your strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and focus on delivering smooth operations will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily operational tasks related to tours, academics, and client services. - Conduct telecalling to connect with students, mentors, and clients. - Provide accurate information about services and resolve client queries. - Identify, connect, and maintain relationships with overseas academic mentors. - Assist in preparing and managing travel packages and related documentation. - Maintain updated records of clients, mentors, and ongoing activities. - Support the management team with reporting and operational updates. - Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth execution of services. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree (any discipline). - Good interpersonal and client-handling abilities. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace). - Telecalling or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
