Key Responsibilities:

Policy Issuance & Documentation

o Issue marine insurance policies through our portal. o Handle end-to-end documentation and policy processing for marine insurance. •

Coordination with Insurers

o Liaise with insurance partners for policies outside the portal scope. o Ensure timely communication and resolution of queries with underwriters and insurer operations teams.

• Backend Operations

o Share issued policies and necessary documents with clients. o Process endorsements and ensure accurate data entry into internal trackers and systems. o Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all policies and endorsements. •

Client Coordination (Eventually)

o Support client queries and coordinate policy issuance or modifications. o Provide proactive communication and updates to clients on operational matters. Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

o 1–3 years of experience in marine insurance operations or general insurance back-office functions. o Freshers with strong aptitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Qualifications:

o Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Business, Insurance-related certification). o Knowledge of insurance concepts, especially marine insurance, will be an added advantage.
