Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end coordination for air and sea shipments (export & import).
Ensure timely booking with airlines, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
Track cargo movement and update customers on shipment status.

Prepare and verify shipping documents (B/L, AWB, invoices, packing list, COO, etc.).
Ensure compliance with customs, GST, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain proper filing of all logistics-related documents.

Resolve operational issues and escalate when required.

Work closely with sales, accounts, and operations teams.

Take corrective measures to avoid operational disruptions.

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain).
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Air and/or Sea Freight forwarding operations.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customers and vendors.

Women candidates (married preferred).
Self-motivated, disciplined, and a good team player.

Salary:

Not a constraint for the right candidate.
