We are looking for a smart, responsible, and energetic person to support daily operations at our baking academy. This includes coordination, inventory, delivery follow-ups, and basic social media work. College students with strong skills and commitment are welcome for part-time roles. ✅ Key Responsibilities Maintain inventory & bills using Excel or Google Sheets Receive goods, check bills, update stock Assist in classroom setup and coordination Coordinate product deliveries with customers and through delivery apps (e.g., Porter) Assist with social media content – taking photos, basic video clips 🔍 Requirements Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps Punctual, organized, and proactive College students with the right skills may apply for part-time 🌟 Bonus Skills 🎬 Video editing (Reels, YouTube Shorts) 📲 Social media content creation 📷 Photography – products, behind-the-scenes 📊 Basic Tally knowledge
