The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing the administrative, financial, and human resource functions of the company. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Operations:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Handle documentation, scheduling, and correspondence to support various departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Financial Operations:

• Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
• Support the Finance and Admin Executive in preparing financial reports and managing accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely payments and settlements.

Human Resources:

• Assist in recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Manage employee records and provide inputs for payroll processing.
• Support team engagement activities and promote a positive work culture.
