Operations Executive

Production Management:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and SOPs.
• Monitor machine/equipment performance and coordinate maintenance.

Process Optimization:

• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for cost reduction and efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:

• Manage raw material procurement and inventory levels to avoid shortages/excess.
• Liaise with procurement, logistics, and vendors for timely material availability.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure products meet quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and customer specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.Cost Control:
• Monitor operational expenses (labor, materials, energy) and suggest cost-saving measures.
