E-Medix Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing wellness and healthcare company committed to delivering high-quality health services and products. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to support and streamline our business operations on-ground.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operational activities at the office or facility.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for timely task execution.

Ensure smooth logistics, supply management, and inventory control.

Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to operations.

Track and ensure timely deliveries and follow-ups.

Support the operations manager in implementing process improvements.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).

0 to 3 years of experience in operations, admin, or logistics.

(Salary will vary based on experience level.)

Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Willingness to work on-site and handle practical responsibilities.
