The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our new back-office team in India. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, maintaining data accuracy in our financial systems, and assisting planners with client-related tasks. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new function and contribute to the success of a growing financial services business. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update client data in Xplan, Worksorted, fund platforms, and other financial systems. Extract and compile client information to support financial planners with queries and documentation. Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records, following standard operating procedures. Collaborate with team members and planners to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Manage operational checklists and contribute to process improvements. Prepare review packs and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines (training provided). Take initiative in learning new tasks and support additional duties as required. Ideal Profile You have at least 3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably in the financial services industry. You possess a strong attention to detail and are committed to delivering high-quality work. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can work independently, follow instructions, and manage time effectively. You also have a problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
