Role Overview: As the Executive Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within the CEOs Office. Your responsibilities will include driving effective coordination among all Executive Assistants (EAs), maintaining accountability in workflows, and optimizing scheduling and event management to support the CEO in focusing on strategic initiatives and maximizing time efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - CEO Office Operations: - Oversee daily functions within the CEOs Office, ensuring consistency and alignment in scheduling, preparation, and follow-up tasks. - Manage a streamlined workflow for EAs, fostering accountability and best practices in calendar management and task prioritization. - Calendar & Scheduling Management: - Strategically manage the CEOs calendar across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines to align with key objectives. - Ensure CEOs time is dedicated to high-impact activities, scheduling all executive meetings, board presentations, leadership sessions, and key company events. - Team Leadership for EA Operations: - Lead and support a team of Executive Assistants, setting standards for excellence in time management, task coordination, and performance accountability. - Drive continuous improvement in EA workflows, establishing unified processes and enabling effective support for the CEO. - Event & Meeting Coordination: - Handle all logistics for CEO-related events and meetings, ensuring thorough planning and precise execution. - Collaborate with internal teams to align events with strategic priorities, facilitating smooth communication and coordination. - Executive Workflow Efficiency: - Implement process improvements to streamline operations, minimizing routine tasks and enhancing productivity within the CEOs Office. - Regularly assess and refine workflows, leveraging technology and best practices to adapt to evolving needs. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in executive support roles, with a strong background in calendar management, event coordination, and team leadership. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely follow-through on action items. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with senior executives in a professional manner.,
