Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

15 years full time educationSummary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all services meet the established standards and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and report on operational metrics to drive performance improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. - Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. - Experience with backup and recovery strategies for SQL Server. - Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization. - Knowledge of security best practices for database management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
