Operations Coordinator

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As an Operations Coordinator (Factory Production) at Mercana, reporting to the General Manager in India, your key responsibility will involve coordinating with manufacturing partners to ensure timely production and shipment of Mercana orders. You will play a crucial role in communicating changes in production to various stakeholders within the QC, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Order Follow-up and Factory Coordination:** - Coordinate with factories to track and meet production timelines for Mercana orders. - Monitor order progress and update all dates within the Mercana system. - Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure efficient order processing. - **QC Scheduling:** - Schedule quality control inspections using the Qarma application. - Update inspection results and dates accurately in the NAV system. - Work with the QC team to streamline the inspection process and maintain data integrity. - **Other Projects:** - Assist the General Manager in various projects as needed. - Take on additional responsibilities to contribute to Mercana Furniture and Decor's success. - Support the overall efficiency and growth of operations. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination would be beneficial. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams. - Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain data accuracy in various systems. - Problem-solving skills to resolve issues and ensure timely order fulfillment. - Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse projects as required by the General Manager.,
