As an Operations Coordinator (Factory Production) at Mercana, your role will involve coordinating with manufacturing partners in India to ensure production and shipment timelines are met. You will work closely with various stakeholders within Mercana to maintain efficient operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Order Follow-up and Factory Coordination:** - Coordinate with factories to ensure production timelines for Mercana orders are on track. - Monitor order progress and keep all dates within the Mercana system up to date. - Work with the General Manager to ensure efficient order processing. - **QC Scheduling:** - Schedule quality control inspections in the Qarma application. - Update inspection results and dates accurately in the NAV system. - Collaborate with the QC team to streamline the inspection process. - **Other Projects:** - Assist the General Manager in various projects as needed. - Take on additional responsibilities to contribute to Mercana Furniture and Decor's success. - Contribute to overall efficiency and growth of the operations. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** - **Order Accuracy and Timeliness:** Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. - **Quality Control Coordination:** Maintain accurate QC schedules and results in Qarma and NAV systems. - **Container Efficiency:** Optimize container planning to reduce shipping costs and maximize product delivery. - **Project Success:** Successfully complete projects as directed by the General Manager. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination is a plus. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with factory personnel, QC teams, and Supply Chain team. - Detail-oriented with the capability to maintain data accuracy in various systems. - Problem-solving skills to resolve issues and ensure timely order fulfillment. - Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse projects as required by the GM.,
