Position Summary We seek an experienced Product Development & Packaging Coordinator to join our Jodhpur team. This dynamic role focuses primarily on case goods product development , with a complementary emphasis on packaging engineering for e-commerce distribution. The ideal candidate will coordinate product sampling, technical documentation, and vendor communication to ensure Mercana’s designs are developed efficiently, meet quality standards, and are packaged to North American expectations following ISTA 3A guidelines. Key Responsibilities Support Product Development Coordinate case goods development from concept to production. Manage prototype, pre-production, and sample development processes.
