Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Manager in the healthcare industry, your role will involve overseeing and managing the daily operations of doctors and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care. You will be responsible for driving patient conversion rates, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining high service standards, monitoring performance metrics, and acting as a key liaison between doctors, administrative staff, and patients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing the daily operations of doctors and clinical staff - Driving patient conversion rates and enhancing the quality of services - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies - Maintaining high service standards and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations - Regularly monitoring performance metrics and preparing detailed reports - Leading, mentoring, and training operational staff - Acting as a key liaison between doctors, administrative staff, and patients To qualify for this position, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Medical, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or similar) - Previous experience in operations management or a similar role within the healthcare or service industry preferred - Strong financial acumen with experience handling P&L responsibilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-pressure environments - Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and MS Office tools Please note that this is a full-time and permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a fixed day shift schedule.
