Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a Male candidate who can manage the reception area, assist with online reviews management and other official works , have knowledge of social media and support the Director in conducting boot camps. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, organized, and presentable, with strong interpersonal skills .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception desk, greet and assist visitors, and maintain a professional front-office environment.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and basic administrative tasks.
• Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback across platforms.
• Coordinate and assist in planning, organizing, and conducting boot camps with the Director.
• Provide logistical and operational support during sessions, workshops, and events.
• Maintain records, schedules, and follow-ups as directed.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: business, hospitality, or related fields).
• Fresher or college pass-outs may apply. Candidates with 6 months – 1 year of experience in reception, operations, or event coordination will be preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hindi with strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and online platforms.
• Presentable, confident, and able to handle front-facing responsibilities.

Work Mode: Work from Office (Jasola, New Delhi)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
