Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator, your role will involve processing shipments, tracking and tracing, and maintaining communication with customers and various departments. You will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing shipping requests, monitoring shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will need to identify process improvement opportunities and maintain knowledge of customer and company policies. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience, 1-2 years of logistics and/or customer service experience, fluency in English, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. It is important to note that you should be available to work from 8:00PM IST to 5:00AM IST.
