Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of internal and external operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating internal and external meetings, emails, and communications with professionalism and a strong customer service mindset. - Serving as a secondary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors across multiple engagements. - Organizing and supporting the scheduling and execution of CMMC certification training sessions. - Monitoring project schedules and budgets, identifying and flagging potential risks early. - Maintaining up-to-date project data in our PSA tool to support accurate reporting and forecasting. - Ensuring data accuracy for leadership and internal teams to support strategic decision-making. - Providing regular project status updates to clients via email. - Proactively escalating concerns or issues related to client satisfaction or internal operations. - Taking on additional duties as needed within the scope of the role. What You Bring to the Team: - 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in operations or project coordination in a consulting environment. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - PMP certification is a plus. - Proficient in project management tools and familiar with project delivery methodologies. - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
