Operations Control Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, manage, and oversee the

  Operation Control Centre (OCC)

  for IRRMMS.
• Monitor

  real-time field data

  , maintenance activities, and alerts received through the mobile app and central dashboard.
• Coordinate with

  field engineers, data analysts, and system administrators

  to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
• Analyse data trends and generate

  performance reports

  , highlighting road conditions, maintenance progress, and exception alerts.
• Maintain

  SLA (Service Level Agreement)

  compliance for data entry, issue resolution, and communication flow.
• Support escalation management for critical road maintenance issues.
  
• Ensure smooth functioning of OCC equipment servers, communication systems, dashboards, and display panels.
  
• Provide inputs for

  system improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency

  .
• Conduct regular

  training and capacity-building sessions

  for OCC and field staff.
• Coordinate with the

  technical and development team

  for updates, bug reports, and enhancements.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of

  MIS / monitoring dashboards

  ,

  data visualization

  GIS-based systems

• Knowledge of

  road asset management systems

  ,

  IoT / sensor-based monitoring

  , or

  infrastructure tracking tools

  .
• Experience with

  incident management systems

  control room operations

• Proficiency in

  MS Office Suite, dashboard tools (Power BI / Tableau)

  database query handling

• Good understanding of

  project coordination

  , reporting, and documentation practices.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in

  Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management

  from a recognized university.
