Job Description

Working with the London Client On-Boarding team, the incumbent will support the equity and fixed income divisions in the APAC region with processing new business client onboarding requests.

The role will involve liaison with other Jefferies areas such as Front and Middle Offices, Legal, Compliance and Static Data.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach
  • Tracking client responses
  • Updating records and internal systems
  • Liaising with other internal departments
  • Producing Status reports
  • Supporting the COB London team with the onboarding of new business


Candidate Specification

The following skills and experience are required for this role:

  • Excellent English speaking is essential.
  • Minimum five years’ experience on a KYC related project or within a Client On-Boarding team
  • Relevant experience of onboarding clients/brokers on UK account carriers
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Strong PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge/experience of US Onboarding requirements and US CDD rule would be preferred but not essential.
