Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish) Medical Appointments Scheduling  To update medical status in the system -Show/ No- Show Medical Report Follow-up from the Diagnostic Centres Quality Check & Report Uploading Grievance Handling   Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities) To schedule the medical appointments of Insurance and Corporate customers. To send daily Show/ No- Show updates to HO To reschedule No- Show appointments of insurance customers as per date and time communicated by the Advisor Daily follow- up with the medical centres for dispatch of medical reports Scrutiny and uploading of medical reports based on the Quality Check checklist, which is used in reviewing the documents uploaded onto the Access database Follow up with the diagnostic centres for any query received from HO and closure of same within agreed TAT to ensure medical reports TAT targets are met month on month. Escort the HNI customers for their medical check-up as and when required Effective coordination with internal departments ( like Call Centre, QC Team, Billing Team, other location Branches) Ensure all queries related to customers/diagnostic centres are handled effectively   Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) Graduate/Post Graduate with Minimum 6month to 1 year of experience preferably in Insurance/ TPA industry Good understanding of Life Insurance operations Good Knowledge of MS Office Strong process & team management skills   Personal Attributes & Competencies Should be Flexible.
