Role Purpose

The Operations Associate will support day-to-day operational execution by maintaining accurate

dashboards and MIS, coordinating across multiple teams, and ensuring timely data collection

and communication. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with data tools, and the

ability to manage operational workflows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

1. Data Management & MIS

  • Maintain, update, and monitor operational dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Handle MIS reporting with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and version control across all operational sheets.
  • Regularly audit data and flag discrepancies or gaps.

2. Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Create and update dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and exposure to

Power BI / Tableau.

  • Share periodic reports with stakeholders as per defined timelines.
  • Support the Operations team with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate, and consolidate data.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and task completion.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for operational data flow.

4. Communication & Updates

  • Communicate updates, reminders, and information in official groups and channels.
  • Ensure clarity, professionalism, and timeliness in all operational communication.
  • Escalate issues or delays to the Head of Operations when required.

5. Process & Documentation Support

  • Assist in maintaining operational trackers, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in data handling or reporting

workflows.

  • Ensure adherence to defined operational processes and timelines.

Tools & Systems

  • Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel
  • Looker Studio
  • Power BI / Tableau (working knowledge or willingness to learn)
  • Internal communication tools (Email, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and dashboards.
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Education

  • Graduate (any discipline)

  • Able to work independently while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams.

Success Metrics (First 36 Months)

  • Accuracy and timeliness of MIS and dashboards.
  • Smooth coordination across teams with minimal follow-ups.
  • Reduction in data errors and rework.
  • Consistent, clear operational communication.
  • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders.

Max ctc upto 5 lpa. hikes will be given as per std industry hike of 20-30% on last drawn ctc
