Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Assistant role located in Ludhiana East. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities, managing internal processes, ensuring smooth workflow, and coordinating communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities include assisting with operations management functions, analyzing data to improve processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the broader team.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management to effectively support and streamline business processes.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating data to drive efficient and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain professional relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
