Operations Assistant

As an Operations Assistant for a fast-growing organization based in Vadodara, Gujarat, your primary responsibility will be to handle client communications, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support during US business hours. You will be expected to interact with clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate information is provided in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating client records in CRM systems, collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, as well as demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. While 0-1 year of international support experience is preferred, we welcome freshers with outstanding English skills. The position requires working night shifts and calls for individuals who are adept at problem-solving, have strong interpersonal skills, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
