Key Responsibilities: - Request, compare, and manage shipping quotes for cost-effective and reliable carrier options. - Schedule and reschedule pick-up services to meet client timelines. - Provide real-time dispatch assistance for smooth communication between carriers, clients, and internal teams. - Maintain a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and operations. - Demonstrate agile thinking and adaptability to changing situations. - Coordinate with carriers on shipment status, updates, and schedule changes. - Audit shipping invoices and perform basic reconciliations for billing accuracy. - Track and document shipping activities for operational visibility. - Identify and resolve shipping-related issues promptly. - Support continuous process improvements within shipping and dispatch functions.
