We’re looking for enthusiastic Logistics Analysts to join our global logistics invoice team and contribute to optimizing operations that support our worldwide business. Key Responsibilities Manage the purchase administration process for logistics and warehousing (PO creation, invoicing, compliance). Collaborate with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) , procurement, and accounts payable teams for smooth operations. Audit logistics invoices against contracts and rate tables; proactively resolve discrepancies. Build and maintain data models and billing controls for LSPs. Maintain repository of contracts and rate cards, ensuring timely updates. Provide ad hoc support for logistics procurement and operations. Qualifications & Must-Have Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain . 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or financial audits. Hands-on experience in SAP and strong Excel skills. Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle large volumes of data.
