Job Description

Operations Analyst Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and track tasks, action items, and follow-ups across multiple teams
Generate regular reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel (dashboards, trackers, etc.)
Support internal coordination between departments (Sales, Training, Operations, Tech, etc.)
Set up, organize, and follow up on internal meetings and updates
Assist in preparing documentation & reports for senior leadership
Act as a point of contact for internal requests and ensure timely communication flow
Maintain structured documentation and archives of important project or task-related data
Support the reporting manager with day-to-day priorities and administrative responsibilities

Preferred Profile:

Bachelors Degree (B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT or any equivalent discipline)
Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, Docs, Slides, etc.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with multitasking
A quick learner with a problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have:

Exposure to project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Redmine, Asana)
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, multi-department setup
