Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist located in Indore. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with team members, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. The role also involves analyzing data to drive operational efficiency and supporting sales activities by liaising with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and process optimization
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members
• Experience in Sales and Operations Management
• Project Management skills to ensure smooth execution of activities
• Ability to work on-site in Indore
• Relevant experience in the food and agriculture industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
