Operational Specialist

As an Operations Specialist for home services during the night shift, your role will involve coordinating and managing all aspects of home services. You will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of tasks, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and upholding operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage home services requests from residents during the night shift. - Assign tasks to on-site home services and monitor progress for timely completion. - Ensure all home services are performed to the highest standards following company guidelines and safety protocols. - Respond promptly to service-related issues or emergencies, providing resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction. - Maintain detailed records of all service requests, work orders, and completed tasks. - Communicate effectively with residents, on-site staff, and the operations team for smooth service delivery. - Analyze service performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. - Provide regular reports on night shift operations to the Operations Manager. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a service-oriented industry. - Experience in managing or coordinating handyman or maintenance services is a plus. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency in using operations management software and tools. - Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.,
