Job Description: The Laban Spot, under Flavorarc Foods Pvt. Ltd., is a rapidly growing dessert cafe brand known for its innovative menu and signature sweet delights. We are expanding across Kerala and are looking for skilled pastry chefs to join our creative kitchen team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods at The Laban Spot outlets. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and bake a wide variety of desserts and pastries according to recipes or special requests - Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, and designs to ensure the presentation is beautiful and appealing - Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and pastry items, placing orders when needed to maintain adequate supply levels - Oversee the kitchen team to ensure all pastry items are prepared and presented in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety standards at all times Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience working as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen setting - Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members - Creativity and attention to detail to create visually appealing and delicious pastries Compensation & Benefits: - Training Period: 7 to 14 days (with accommodation provided) - After training: 25,000/month + free accommodation (Note: Any additional details of the company were not found in the provided job description),
