Operational Resilience - Vice President

As an Operational Resilience and Continuity of Business (CoB) Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the firm's Ops Res and CoB programs. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Cluster and Global CoB teams, as well as local business and country management, to develop and maintain high-quality Ops Res and CoB plans that can measure business performance and support the firm during challenging times. Your management skills, leadership capabilities, and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage CoB solutions for multiple functional areas. - Understand and assess a business's ability to stay within its impact tolerance. - Serve as a subject matter expert in a specific line of business and/or CoB or Ops Res technology or policy discipline. - Define, implement, and apply Ops Res and CoB policies and standards across different areas. - Manage various Ops Res and CoB deliverables such as IBS identification, ITOL setting, scenario testing, and Business Impact Analysis. - Operate with independence of judgment and autonomy, acting as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders. Qualifications: - Relevant experience in Operational Resilience and/or Continuity of Business. - Previous experience in banking or financial services. - Strong project management skills and ability to maintain key relationships. - Familiarity with regulatory environment concerning third-party risk management. - Advanced data analysis and reporting abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.,
