Operational Manager – T-Shirt Manufacturing Factory

T T Fashions Global Clothing Company is a fast-growing t-shirt manufacturing company based in Tiruppur. We specialize in customized t-shirts for corporates, colleges, and brands across India. We focus on high-quality production, sustainable practices, and on-time delivery. We are now expanding and looking for a passionate Operational Manager to lead and coordinate our factory operations and clients communications

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities: cutting, stitching, printing, and finishing.
• Giving proper updates to clients in each and every stage
• Resolving the doubts and disputes between client and production team.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage and allocate manpower effectively across departments.
• Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Monitor inventory levels, raw material inward/outward, and dispatch schedules.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Track order status and update clients/internal team as needed.
• Maintain production and delivery reports, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.
• Ensure factory safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• For Freshers: Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology, Garment Production, or related field.
• For Experienced: 2 to 8+ years of experience in garment/t-shirt factory operations.
• Strong knowledge of production flow and quality control in garment industry.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in basic computer tools like Excel/Google Sheets. Factory software knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
