Roles and Responsibilities Candidates from FMCG, Food Manufacturing , Hospitality Industry are preferred. Salary upto 25 LPA 1. Drive continuous improvement in Central Kitchen / Production environment a. Improve production layout to drive capacity, efficiency, and productivity b. Develop and implement production planning process c. Identify and implement process controls to drive product quality and consistency d. Develop and implement continuous improvement framework to drive capacity, efficiency, productivity, and quality. i. Process mapping AS IS and TO BE ii. 5S iii. Lean iv. Six Sigma 2. Support functions in improving processes and delivering better outcomes 3. Develop and implement training to improve awareness of continuous improvement tools and frameworks Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of total work experience with 5+ years in an operations excellence role in a manufacturing environment Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Demonstrated experience in implementing 5S and Lean in a manufacturing set up Experience in the F&B industry will be highly desirable Experience in leading multiple improvement projects simultaneously Formal degree / certification in operations management will be desirable Interested candidates can apply at sakshi.oasis@gmail.com Salary - 25 LPA
