What awaits you/ Job Profile

• Manage, monitor, and maintain IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) environments.
• Monitor API execution using AWS CloudWatch, collecting and analyzing metrics to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Provide operational support for integration solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM ACE and associated middleware.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage integration solutions.
• Apply ITIL best practices for incidents, problem, and change management to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Perform regular system health checks and maintenance activities.
• Document operational procedures and support processes.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting operations.
• Perform detailed problem analysis to develop effective solutions and preventive measures.

• Utilize structured approaches to manage and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct thorough problem analysis to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee change management processes, ensuring changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently.
• Experience in monitoring tools like IBM ACE tracing, Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Instana, IBM Monitoring Events or relevant monitoring tools.
• Deployment Knowledge in GitHub, ArgoCD ,Tekton

Must have technical skill

• Hands-on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
• UNIX
• Webservices
• CICD
• Proficiency in managing and administering middleware environments.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch for monitoring API performance and setting up alerts.
• Practical experience in applying ITIL processes
• Experience in ITIL Tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy or relevant Incident Management tool
• Understand Agile methodologies and hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence or similar agile project management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Domain background in Financial Services/banking.

Good to have skills

• Certification in ITIL
• Experience with API management tools such as IBM API Connect.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) for automation.
• Experience with other middleware technologies like IBM MQ.
