Operation Support

Inito www.inito.com is a Y Combinator backed health tech startup that helps consumers learn more about their body and get actionable insights to achieve their health goals. Inito is building the next generation of home diagnostic devices to empower people to learn more about their body and become healthier & happier. We are looking for smart and hardworking individuals to join our Operations team to help understand customer pain points and continuously improve the Customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire strong understanding of the product features and the science behind its working. • Handle incoming customer requests via calls, chats, and emails.

• Act as a liaison between customers and escalate issues to other departments like Operations or Engineering.

• Listen, build rapport & display empathy when assisting customers.

• Have strong verbal & written communication skills.

• Handling Shipments Issues

• Notifying the team about the changes and improvements to be accomplished in the product.

• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Prepare accurate and timely reports

• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Any specialization)

• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service or Technical Support in a fast paced, Customer-Centric environment

• Strong Communication skills (English and Hindi)

• Detail-Oriented, with problem solving and interpersonal skills
