Hi,
Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth, increase customer engagement, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure that the online storefront is optimized for user experience and functionality.
Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, including the allocation of resources for marketing campaigns and website development. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment processors, shipping providers, and e-commerce platforms.
Provide regular reports to senior management on e-commerce performance, including key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
