Operation Manager PEB

As an Operations Manager at Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end operations of the organization, including production, procurement, logistics, and project execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Plan, manage, and monitor overall plant and site operations to meet company goals. - Coordinate between design, production, purchase, and project teams for seamless workflow. - Oversee material planning, inventory control, and dispatch schedules. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. - Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Supervise team performance and provide leadership, training, and motivation. - Handle client coordination for project execution and delivery updates. - Prepare and present operational reports to senior management. Qualifications required for this position include: - 3-4 years of experience in operations management within the steel/PEB/construction industry. - BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering.
